Level 1: Pre-Fit


The gym can be an intimidating place, but this shouldn't be a barrier to your fitness.

The first step is always the hardest, but with our help it is one you can take confidently and safely:


2 x 3 hour sessions, combining theoretical and practical advice, including:

  • Nutrition Advice - weight management, energy and hydration

  • Exercising efficiently

  • Biometrics

  • Common Injuries and how to prevent them

  • Knowing your way around a gym

  • Using machines and free-weights safely and with confidence

Level 2: Gro-Fit


Now you have the basics, let us support you through the next stage of your journey with:


  • 6 x Personal Training Sessions

  • Regular support via a medium of your choice

  • Free Gro-Fit gift





Level 3: Stay-Fit


Now that you are a confident and regular gym-goer, let us be there to continue supporting you in achieving goals you may never have thought possible:


  • Online Personal training sessions

  • Unlimited questions and support regarding your ongoing nutrition and fitness
